Diamond Tail Homeowner's Association

Diamond Tail is a well maintained, professionally managed private community.  It is governed by a homeowners association that focuses on enhancing the quality of life for its residents. The Association is financially strong and debt-free with substantial reserves. The Association is dedicated to investing in Diamond Tail’s future. The Annual Fee is $900 (billed quarterly at $225). The annual fee covers landscaping throughout the community, maintenance and repair of the roadways, maintenance of the private trail systems and parks, maintenance and repair of the entry gate, lights and camera, and maintenance and repair of the shared well systems.

Our plentiful water supply is renewable and sustainable. The respected hydrogeology firm of Shomaker & Associates conducted a water study for Diamond Tail. They determined that there is water sufficient in quantity to fulfill the maximum annual water requirements for the subdivision, including water for indoor and outdoor domestic uses for a minimum period of 100 years.

Lots at Diamond Tail have been carefully crafted to relate to the natural surroundings while enhancing privacy and scenic views. Lots are between 1-5 acres, with the average size being 2.4 acres. No two home sites are alike, each has it's unique characteristics - size, topography, and views. 

Architectural Design and Custom Home Building at Diamond Tail

Diamond Tail allows a variety of architectural styles including Pueblo, Northern New Mexico, Territorial and Southwest Contemporary. Lot owners can choose their own architect and custom home builder and the sales office can provide a list of preferred architects and builders.
